Please note that Annula Designs will be operating on a limited production schedule until the end of the 2008 year due to remodeling delays. Our shoppong cart is open only for Stefana orders. Martyrika Orders will be made in a limited monthly amount "first come, first served basis" and can only be phoned in. (If you go through our shopping cart to place an order for martyrika it will be cancelled.) No other items will be manufactured. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

How can I place an order?

You may place an order either by phone or through our website. If you prefer to phone in your order, please call us during busines hours (listed on our contact page). All orders must be paid in full before production begins.

Is this a secure site for credit card transactions?

Yes. Once you enter into our shopping cart section, rest assured your information is being transmitted through secure lines. Please, DO NOT e-mail us with your credit card information for placing an order.

How long will it take to get my purchase?

We strive to ship all items out within 10-15 business days. Additionally, transit time is 2-7 days. Boubounieres have a delayed ordering time frame of 4-8 weeks. We reserve the right to delay an order due to heavier than normal ordering seasons. Should we anticipate a delay of your order, we will inform you immediately.

What if I need an item shipped sooner than 10-15 business days?

If you are in need of an item in less than 10-15 business days, you must call us directly. We will inform you if we can accomodate your needs. There will be an additional charge for express shipping. (Additional fee varies by your location & package weight/dimensions.) Orders containing Stefana, Martyrika, Lathopana, and various personalization/customization will be charged an additional 20% premium fee.

Shipping Policy

We ship by Fedex, UPS, and USPS. If you do not state a preferred shipping agent, we will choose a carrier for you. All items are shipped insured. Delivery time takes 1-7 days from shipping date (not date of order confirmation) depending on your time needs. You will receive a tracking number and expected delivery date confirmation by e-mail or phone once your order has been shipped. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. If you live in Northern California or will be visiting the area, you may pick up your order personally.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is: All orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of origination of order. Production begins immediately therafter and a 25% non refundable service fee will be impounded for materials and labor ( of returnable type items ) on the Purchaser. All none returnable type items (customized/personalized) are excluded from the cancellation policy and are subject to 100% payment of purchase price. So, please choose carefully.

Return Policy

You may return any item within 10 days with the exception of customized/personalized Martyrika, Lathopana/Towels Sets, Boubounieres, Lambathes, and any other items custom ordered for personalization. All sales on these types of items are final, so please choose carefully. Annula designs is not responsible for any typographical errors on the part of the Purchaser. Please contact us if you are unsure if an item is returnable. All returnable items must be in their original shipped condition and packaging. Items must be unused with original tags and labels attached. Should you find it necessary to return a purchase, please contact us to arrange for a pick up by your preferrred carrier. All cost of return shipping fees are the sole reponsibilty of purchaser.
